Previous roles include Fraulein Schneider (Cabaret), Mrs. Potts (Picnic), Hecate (Macbeth), and Lucy (Refracted Light). She lives in the South Hills with her husband of nearly 16 years, their two sons, and several rescue cats. She volunteers at her local library and is an advocate for literacy and autism awareness. She is also a self-proclaimed geek and a fan of sci-fi and fantasy.
Michele Harris - Events Director
Christian. Wife. Mother. Mother-in-law. Sister. Aunt. Friend. Coworker. Neighbor. Graduate. These are the titles that Missy is thankful, grateful, and extremely blessed to hold. She has been a member of Impact for over 30 years and has served on staff since 2018. She currently is the Events Director here at The Landing and oversees the administrative team for ISOTA.
Téa Bruno - Assistant Manager
After graduating from Hopewell High School, Téa went on to earn an Associates Degree in Business Administration from the Community College of Beaver County. Sarah is a graduate of Baptist University of Florida in Graceville, FL, holding her Masters in Counseling. She also attended Point Park University and graduated with her BA in Theatre Arts. During the day, she provides therapeutic support for students with autism, but at night, she’s in the spotlight! Previous roles include: Belle (A Christmas Carol), Catherine (Proof), Shelby (Steel Magnolias), Laura Wingfield (The Glass Menagerie), Hermia (A Midsummer Night’s Dream), and Emily Webb (Our Town). She has also won several awards, including Regional and State OCTA Acting Awards (2017 Excellence in Acting), and a scholarship for the 2005 Summer Visual and Performing Arts Academy.
Ryann Coleman - Dance Instructor

She has extensive experience teaching and choreographing ballet, hip-hop, and jazz. Ryann brings a fresh perspective to Impact School of the Arts, having been in the dance world since the tender age of two! Her desire is to instill a sense of purpose in her students and encourage them to challenge themselves, explore the arts, and gain confidence.
Kelsey Currie - Dance Instructor
Kelsey is a Kindergarten teacher at Moon and the large group leader of Impact Kids Ministry here at Impact Christian Church. Kelsey danced for 13+ years locally, and has been so excited to come back to the dance world after years away.
She also served as incredible substitute while Ms. Alesia was on maternity leave. Miss Alesia was confident and peaceful at home because she knew her students were in good hands!
Emily Schroeder - Artistic Consultant
Emily was previously an art teacher for Impact School of the Arts, and she decided to hang around to support us with set design! She holds her Bachelor of Science in Geology and is a self-taught artist. This summer, she created two completely different, fully-realized sets for ISOTA’s summer camp experience. We are grateful to have her available to continue to help with design and construction projects!
Alesia Duffee - Founder
ISotA’s founding mother, Alesia Duffee, is passionate about reconnecting the power of the arts to the power of the gospel, as it was always intended. Alesia grew up dancing and performing locally until attending Point Park University to earn her BFA in Musical Theatre with a Dance Minor. Before finding her call as a professional arts developer, teacher and mentor, she performed professionally with Pittsburgh Playhouse, City Theatre Company, and Allenberry Playhouse; she has local commercial credits, local film and student film credits. Choreography credits include four shows with Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center: Disney’s Descendents, Frozen Jr., James and the Giant Peach Jr., and The Lion King Jr. Experience. Mary Poppins, and Catch Me If you Can (asst. choreographer), with PCLO Academy, Hello, Dolly! and Disney’s The Little Mermaid with Eden Christian Academy, and Curtains with Shadyside Academy. Directing credits include Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland Jr., Shrek Jr., Seussical Jr., and several showcases for various companies. While she and her family have since returned to her hometown to pursue a new adventure with the Lord, the staff, students, and volunteers at ISotA will always be grateful that she heard and responded to God’s vision for the creation of the school.
